Posse: The team-building app app for iPhone and iPad

Posse is a team-building app that promotes connection, self-expression, and belonging through weekly video prompts and discussions.

Every player and coach are put into a "Posse", which is a group of 7-10 other individuals on the team that they may not regularly engage with. Every time a new prompt is dropped, users are only able to watch and engage with their Posse members videos before access to the whole team opens up. The chat feature is accessible by players only (plus the admin!) and is available at all times for participation.

The platforms goal is to build chemistry and camaraderie among the entire team instead of just within the typical cliques that naturally form. We prompt the conversations and find common interests that the team might otherwise not have discovered. Were the tool where your culture happens. (if you cant bold or underline, thats fine)

PROMPTS
- Answer a new question every week to help your teammates get to know you

CHATS
- Player-only video and audio chat rooms that align with various interests that you can subscribe to

NOMINATIONS
- Held within your Posse for the "best of the week" that are recognized to the whole team

COMPETITIONS
- Prompts with a creative twist that can be swapped for a normal prompt at any time
- The team votes for a winner who gets a big boost of points

GAMIFICATION
- Earn points for your participation in various aspects of the app that may result in prizes (ie. answering a prompt or watching teammates videos)


Note: Posse is free for users. However, access to the apps features requires a contract agreement between an athletics department or sports team and Posse, Inc.
